Oral Argument Before the Supreme court
In this case originating in Harris County, we represented a juvenile client before the Texas Supreme Court. The issue on appeal was whether the juvenile court erred in transferring the case to criminal district court, where our client was a minor at the time of the alleged offense but was not charged until after turning 18.
